Review after first time:
Sebastian is the man! All around 10/10 experience.

After having gone back several times:
Sebastian is an excellent barber.
However, the lack of professionalism is astounding and I am forced to go find a different guy.

After him being 45 min late (with zero courtesy text or call) on my second appointment, he promised it would never happen again.

Then it happened the next time (20 min this time). I let it slide.

Then I came for a cut on 10/11. Scheduled and confirmed for 2pm.
I texted him at 1:45 and said "hey man I'll be in the lounge getting work done. Just text when you're ready and I'll be there in 60 seconds." Knowing he'd probably be late.

I show at 1:40 and work outside where I can see into his studio.

He of course is running about 30 min behind. Again, no courtesy text.

When he finished with his client I watch him get up, check his phone, and put it back down.

5 min later I get up and go in thinking maybe I didn't get his text. Nope. He's cutting another guy's hair.

Zero common courtesy. Zero professionalism.

Unfortunately I'll be moving along to a different barber.

If you're at all keen on keeping your schedule and wanting someone that will honor and respect your time...move on.
If you don't mind being pushed around like your time is worth nothing, go ahead and make the appointment.
