BE AWARE!!!

I had a enterprise rental car from your Tustin, California branch.
The guy who is working at this office told me that I damaged the car door when I returned it.
He observed a minor dent on the outer edge of the driver side door and he said I did it.
But I NEVER did it.
I told him I never did it, but he don't listen to me.
He said I need to pay $250 for deductible and he will later send a statement regarding the repaired damage later.
I don't understand why they accused me falsely.
This company swindle money from the customer like this.

Tim was really helpful! Gave us a Volvo that didn't break with sufficient performance. Always renting from here now on. Beg for a Volvo though, or you may end up in something much more awful.
