Zov's Bakery Tustin at 17440 17th Street # A, Tustin, California.

This is place is superb! My guest and I had the Zov's combination breakfast which includes sizable amount of eggs w/bacon. You also get a cup of fresh fruit. The pancakes came out last. The pancakes are not that big but they're filling. One the tastiest pancakes I've had in a while. You can get a bigger pancake. I asked for a glass of milk to go with the pancakes for sure. The vanilla latte was very tasty and smooth, not to strong.The bakery has freshly baked bread and some tasty pastries. Gelato is legit I only had it a handful of times. This is a great place to come in for a brunch of a dinner up front. What really blew my mind was the hash-brown, you just have to try it. The pancakes were really good too! :)

Good food but the staff behind the counter need to be more alert about the customers waiting for to-go items.
